The main image is the album cover of "(What's the Story) Morning Glory" by Oasis.
The words come from the lyrics to the title track: "all your dreams are made, now you're chained to the mirror with your razor blade". The line refers to the fact that razors are often used to 'cut' cocaine into lines on a mirror or other glass surface.
The flower could be a reference to one of the many related types of flowers which goes by the same name.
Probably unintentional, but it also occurs to me that relative to the closest person to the text, "all your dreams are [to the] left [and] behind".
I also have that album... a legit one. The flower shouldn't be too hard to pick, thought you'd be the first to recognise something obscure but distinct. :)

It does look very familiar... *ponders*
Remember it's not totally random.. You have to consider my thought process. Would you have got the Oasis cover without the lyrics?
